Stratus Tower at 9th and Lenora in Seattle is a 440 high rise tower with 7760 square feet of retail in its base, and 396 residential units. Coupled with Cirrus Tower, 9th and Lenora is in Denny Triangle of Seattle, directly across the street from Amazon’s South Campus. Completed early 2018.
