Executive Assistant & Private Driver

Duties:

1. Executive Transportation: Provide safe and smooth daily commutes and business travel. Ensure a quiet, stress-free environment in the vehicle, allowing the employer to rest or handle business tasks from the backseat.

2. Administrative Support: Assist in managing schedules, filtering non-urgent calls/emails, and handling basic inquiries related to construction projects (e.g., facade systems, material sourcing).

3. Logistics & Coordination: Assist with cross-border documentation and basic business correspondence (English/Chinese/Spanish).

4. Vehicle Management: Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and regularly serviced.

Requirements:

• Driving Record: 5+ years of clean driving history in California. Experience with cross-border routes is a plus.

• Driving Style: Must be a calm, defensive driver. Ability to provide a "limousine-style" smooth ride is essential.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese). Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage given the regional context.

• Professionalism: High level of discretion and confidentiality. Must respect the employer's need for a quiet workspace while in transit.

• Organization: Detail-oriented, able to manage administrative "clutter" and reduce the employer’s cognitive load.

****Border Crossing Requirement: Must be eligible for or currently hold SENTRI/Global Entry status. A clean background check is mandatory for frequent cross-border travel (US/Mexico).

Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Engineering Manager

Duties:

Work with general contractors on curtain wall projects, prepare glass facade designs, check structural calculations, and coordinate with Structural Engineers in USA, Mexico and China. Conduct field quality inspections, oversee civil, architectural, and structural installation, and monitor work of sub-contractors. Provide technical advice on design, construction, and program modifications and structural repairs. Lead project progress meetings and maintain ongoing client communication while managing change orders and coordinating cost tracking with estimators. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes on-site, while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and delays.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Engineering Management or a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related job. Prior experience must include: Preparing and reviewing submittals and technical documentation, including material samples, architectural drawings, and site reports; supporting project execution by coordinating and facilitating communication between teams; and contributing to quality control and compliance efforts by tracking field data, relaying technical observations, and supporting corrective action processes in accordance with internal standards.

Salary: $165,485 or above per year

Hours: 40 hours per week
