Design Assist
Elicc encourages early engagement in a project’s design phase to effectively minimize or eliminate redundancies found in more traditional design methodologies. By utilizing this more proactive approach, Elicc will be an active participant in the Design Process to help guide the team design a facade that is on budget, on schedule, constructable and meets all project specifications while meeting the Architect and Owner’s aesthetic requirements.
Estimating & Value Engineering
Elicc will engage a project at nearly any phase of the design process to provide full building estimates to help ensure a project is staying within budget. Throughout the estimating process, Elicc can assist with providing various Value Engineering recommendations to help a project meet a fixed budget.
Scheduling
Our experienced scheduling staff can provide accurate schedules to ensure all aspects of the facade design, procurement, fabrication, assembly and installation align with the a project’s critical path schedule. Elicc can provide assistance and make recommendations to ensure units will be onsite and installed when required.
Engineering & Design
Elicc Americas Corporation employs highly skilled Design Managers to bring each project to life. No project has been too large, difficult, or unique for our team to find gorgeous, innovative, and safe solutions for while meeting project specific performance criteria and aesthetics requirements.
Material Supply & Procurement
Elicc strives to purchase and provide materials from North American suppliers. All fabrication and assembly of our unitized facades occurs in one of our North American shops to avoid potential delays and logistical challenges with shipping overseas. Elicc is more than happy to assist with procuring products from overseas suppliers but our goal is to keep as much of our procurement process from North American.
Fabrication & Assembly
Fabrication and assembly takes place in-house at our 550,000 square foot complex with a 240,000 square foot production facility. This facility contains four unitized facade production lines, with the ability to expand up to 6 production lines, and a total annual production capacity of 1,400,000 square feet. Elicc also fabricates and assembles our own bent metal shapes/panels, windows, aluminum terrace doors and our own insulated glass units.
Elicc Americas Corporation manufactures locally to provide a fierce attention to quality, adherence to strict US guidelines, and a creation of curtain wall systems with better longevity than other manufacturers.
