One Domino Square Towers provide 700,000 sf mixed-use is part of Two Trees Management Company’s Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment. At the southernmost point of the parcel, the buildings will anchor a new 11-acre public park and be adjacent to “Domino Square,” a piazza open park space. The project highlights the iconic fabric of the neighborhood while reestablishing the city’s vital waterfront connection.

The towers are clad in “pearl-like” finished porcelain tiles that provide a beautiful shimmer which change colors during the course of the day as well as seasonally.
